Heartbroken musician!

    Hi,

My name is Alexandra and I am in need of some help. I am a young professional musician, playing the cello and teaching children to make money. However, unfortunately my cello was stolen from my house in December, and as a result I have not been able to work. Not only am I totally broke (the bills never stop!) I am also heartbroken that I can't do what I love. I need to buy a new cello, but obviously I can't afford to.

Can anyone help??? Anything at all - advice, people I should contact or money.

Is it true that if you approach big commercial companies some of them consider helping?? Anyone had any experience? xx
